She was predeceased by: her spouse Billie Brown of Tellico Plains. She is survived by: her children, Billie Wayne (Derinda Brown), James (Ann Brown), Ray (Karen Brown) and Jill of Tellico Plains; her son-in-law Bobby Franklin of Tellico Plains; her brothers, Donald West, Dale West and Many; and her caregivers, Connie Pike, Sherry Dalton and Toshia Worley. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 17 Great-grandchildren, 6 Great-great-grandchildren.
