He was predeceased by: his parents, James Billy Bellew and Edna Mary Bellew; and his sister Deborah Lavay Cardin. He is survived by: his wife Carla Darlene Bellew; his daughter Tina Blevins (Barry) of Kenneth; his siblings, Jenny Williams, Mike Bellew (Debbie), Linda Moore (Gary) and Tammie Kline (George); and his grandchildren, Bradly Bellew, Zachary Bellew, Ethan Sutley, Bronson Blevins and Bryson Swicegood.
