He is survived by: his wife Linda Toomey of Tellico Plains, TN; his daughter Davonna; his son-in-law Dr. Johnny Montgomery of Rocky Face; his sons, Rory (Bobbi Hammontree) and James Sullivan of Orlando, FL.; his grandchildren, Robert (Keisha Hallock), Rory (Tonya Leonard), Carter (Isaiah Montgomery) and Braden Sullivan (Chase Sullivan); his great grandchildren, Payton Hallock, Gabe Hallock, Desmond and Declan Leonard; and his sisters, Joyce Mitchell and Sally (Clarence Shields). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
