He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Lester Isbill, Sr. and Mary Jeanette Isbill; his sister Donna Isbill Cline; and his grandchildren, Robert Paul Justice and Tevin Kyle Staley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Windy (Tim Duncan) and Cindy Isbill; his siblings, Linda Moore, James Danny Isbill, Pauline (Church Pressley), Paul (Donna Isbill), Albert (Angie Isbill), Jeanette (Allen Bryant) and Annette (Ray Hollingshead); his grandchildren, Darrian Justice, Alix Duncan, Haley Longswith, Miranda Brantley, Kiley Nicely, Brooke Duncan, Trinity Duncan and Eddie Duncan; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kyne Justice, Aveah and Shiloh Staley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home (4650 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Martin Cemetery.
