With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Yates (Tellico Plains, Tennessee), who passed away on June 5, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Yates and Laquita Yates; and his brothers, Mark Yates and Wayne Yates. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Dawson (Macky Needham) of Vonore, Lisa Yates of Athens and Michael Yates (Amy Yates); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Camron, Trinity Nipper, Thomas McClelland, Brian McClelland, Collin Yates and Hayden Yates; and also, Rick Yates, Wanda Yates of Coker Creek, Tim Yates, Kristy Yates of Athens and Jeannie Yates of Tellico Plains. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his special friends.
