He is survived by: his wife Virginia Conner Atkins; his children, Teri D. Atkins Brown (David) and Jeffery Aaron Atkins; his sister Judy Atkins Caughron (Ronnie); and his siblings-in-law, Ray Conner and Debi Greene Conner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
