It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Donald Waters of Tellico Plains, Tennessee, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Waters and Gladys Waters; his granddaughter Tabitha Turpin; and his sister Pauletta Hulse. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Teigan (Richie Garren), Tanner Turpin and Taran Turpin; his daughter Melissa Waters; his great grandchildren, Keona, Justice, Liberty, Morgan, Hunter, Anabelle, Scarlett, Alessia and Thunder; his siblings, Joann Satterfield and Jack; and his sister-in-law Sandra Waters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
