It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barney R. Chapman of Tellico Plains, Tennessee, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Chapman and Julius Chapman; and his siblings, Frank, Jerry, Don, Ronnie, Jack, Bob and Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Chapman; his daughters, Angie (Tim Kyle) and Mel (Brandon Presley); his granddaughters, Dezyi, Abbee Presley and Brianna Kyle (Dustin Pueirtt); and his brother Gary Chapman. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws; and several nieces and nephews.
