It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Best of Tellico Plains, Tennessee, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Herman Best, Sr.; her parents, Clyde Young and Essie Marie Young; and her siblings, Carra Lee Belcher, Letha Miller, Stella Colvin, Alvin Young, Hewlette Young and Terry Young.
She is survived by: her children, Vickey Mull (Arthur "Bud" Jr.) of Jefferson City, TN and Charles Herman Best Jr. of Tellico Plains, TN; her brother W. E. Young (Harriette) of Sweetwater, TN; and her grandchildren, Trey Best (Rena) of Sweetwater, TN and Lesile Suttles of Sweetwater, TN. She is also survived by two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
