We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2024, at the age of 77, Archie Rufus Freeman of Tellico Plains, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Freeman and Tincie Freeman; his brother Arlis; and his siblings-in-law, Thelma Freeman and Kenneth Merrell.
He is survived by: his brother Heartley; his sister-in-law Inez Freeman; his sisters, Darlene (Norman "Bud" Jones), Diane (Walter Merrill), Margie (Curtiss Crowder) and Rosie Merrell; his nieces and nephews, Kendall Freeman and Camesia Dean; and his sons, Shane (Jennifer Shaw) and Jeremy (Rebecca Shaw). He is also survived by five grandkids and seven great-grandchildren.
