He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Luther Arwood, Sr.; and his siblings, Patsy Ruth Arwood, Peggy June Kegley Snowden, Wanda Sue Arwood Persinger, Roy Cecil Arwood and James "Bud" Kegley.
He is survived by: his parent Arlene Juanita Campbell Arwood; his wives, East Tennessee and Anna Richardson Arwood; his sons, Thomas Luther Arwood, III of Telford and Patrick Allyn Arwood; and his sisters, Betty Lou Arwood Smith of Johnson City and Donna Louise Arwood Tester of Johnson City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
