She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Mashburn and Florence Garland Mashburn; and her husband Wayne Percell. She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Percell (Cindy) and Shannon Smith (Henry); her grandsons, Alex Percell, Derek Percell, Braden Autrey and Eli Smith; and her siblings, Phylis Peterson (Herb) and Col. J. Harold "Bob" Mashburn (Susan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 9:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mayberry-Vincent Cemetery.
