He is survived by: his wife Linda Keplinger Treadway; his children, Randall Treadway and Sarah Treadway; his brothers, Russell Treadway (Cheryl), Brian Treadway and Gary Treadway; his brother-in-law Eddie Keplinger; his grandchildren, Breanna Treadway, Madeline Treadway and Addison Treadway; his nieces, Amanda Treadway Berry (Brandon) and Jennifer Treadway; and his nephew Andrew Treadway (Krista).
