She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carson Mitchell and Violet Eldean Mitchell; and her brother Paul Norman Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Bennie Stout; her sons, Kevin Ross Stout and Brian Keith Stout (Janet); her grandchildren, James Snyder (Amy), Emily Bradburn (Seth), Paige Stout (Alec), Elijah Stout (Makayla), Taylor Arrowood (Brandon) and Traci Stout (Logan); and her great grandchildren, Lollie Usary, Mazie Bradburn, Baylor Dotson, Sadie and Cassie Saults.
