He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Devotie and Virgil Reed; his siblings, Billy, Jane Moore and Ruth Denton; his brothers-in-law, Douglas Honeycutt and Darrell Honeycutt; his father-in-law Claude Honeycutt; his nephew Billy W. Crowe; and his pet Coco.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mildred "Maw" Honeycutt; his sister-in-law Sheila Crowe; his siblings, Bob (Clara), Leon (Brenda) and Mary Ellen; his close friend Billy Watts (Michelle); and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by many other friends, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mckinley Memorial Bible Church (104 McKinley Church Rd, Johnson City, TN 37604).
