He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Williams and Sudia Katherine Miller Williams; his son Dennis Williams; his wife Sandra Jeanine Williams; and his former wife Janie Tweed.
He is survived by: his son Gregory Scott Williams of Telford; and his cousin David Higgins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
