She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold McMurray and Juanita Collins McMurray; her husband Rufus Cook; her siblings, Charles Eugene McMurray and Barbara Capps; and her sons-in-law, Lee Graves and Adrian Witherspoon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Graves of Tazewell, TN, Angie Newman of Front Royal, VA, Jackie Massengill (Joe David) and Melissa Witherspoon of New Tazewell, TN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Derek), Joshua Graves (Tabitha), Amanda Pelayo, Samantha Bolstridge, Dakota Massengill (Samantha), Chelsea Witherspoon, Adrian Witherspoon II, Jared Massengill and Isaiah Cameron; and her great grandchildren, Jayla Bolstridge, Chloe Smith, Alijah James, Jamari Warren, Levi Ramsey, Kaylani Martin, Colin Massengill, Maliyah Witherspoon, Alexander Ramsey, Addy Smith, Lilyanna Ramsey, Tylon Burrill, Izabella Graves, Olivia Massengill and Jaylen Ramsey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
