He was predeceased by: his parents, Tim Bledsoe and Flossie Bledsoe (Lemons); his siblings, Grace, Paul, Bernice, Timmy, Ike, Glen Bledsoe, Sarah Harlan and Garnet Scott; his siblings-in-law, Ruby Bledsoe, Raymond Scott Sr. and Roger Seabolt; and his nephew James Edward Bledsoe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Bledsoe, Sr. (Nora) of Moundsville, WV. and Sue Seabolt of Tazewell, TN.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sherri, Shannon, Tina, Tammy, Junior, David, Donna, Rick, Kathy and Tim; his cousin Betty Wolfe; his close friend Jeff Gibson; and his sister-in-law Jewell Bledsoe Taylor. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
