She is survived by: her husband Paul Junior Delph of Tazewell, TN; her daughter Shanna Elizabeth (Michael Franklin); her grandmothers, Garrison Lane Sampsel and Jaxton John Sampsel; her sisters, Joyce Ann Lane Harvey, Debra Kay (Doug Lane) and Katherine Belle Lane; her niece Lauren Jacqueline Rouse; her close friends, Peggy Meyers and Janice Lasley; and her siblings-in-law, Susie Greene, Janie Campbell, Kathleen Delph, Barbara Young, Hazel Daniels, Lucy Bray, Anna Bishop and Kyle Delph.
