She was predeceased by: her husband Onie Fultz; and her parents, Hugh Eastridge and Bessie Eastridge. She is survived by: her siblings, Edsel Eastridge and Opal Smith; her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Sandra Fultz; her granddaughters, Sarah and Jordan Fultz; and her sisters-in-law, Jane Estep, Margie Short, Choleen Dentler and Judy Eastridge.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Brooks Cemetery in care of Maynard Brooks.
