She was predeceased by: her mother Evangeline Fultz. She is survived by: her significant other Dale Harrell; and her children, Dale Harrell II (Carlene) and Mary Hayes (James). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of other family members, and friends.
