He was predeceased by: his wife Shirlene Brock; his parents, James Harp and Myrtle Brock; his siblings, Roy Brock, Vergie Brock and Verdie Hatmaker; and his son-in-law Joel Hopper.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Hopper and Melinda Parker; and his grandchildren, Averi Parker, Lauryn Hopper and Lane Hopper.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel (937 N Broad St, New Tazewell, TN 37825). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at the Irish Memorial Gardens.
