She was predeceased by: her parents, Della West and T. J. Collins; her son Jody Collins; and her siblings, Doug West, Pete West, Barb Collins, Pat Bussell and Norma Jean Collins.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Collins (Melanie) and James Collins (Connie); her grandchildren, Joshua, Justin of Jacob, J. R., Brandon, Brittany and Anthony Collins; her great grandchildren, Maliyah and Neaveh; and her sisters, Jane West and Mary West. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
