He is survived by: his wife Judy Pack (Higgins); his sons, Scott Pack (Kelli), Patrick Pack (Tonya) and Jeff Craig; his grandchildren, Skie Pack, Mickeala McPherson (Chris), Ashley Middleton (Chaz), John Hamblin, Laura Pack, Jacob Pack, Hayley Pack and Sabrina Craig; his children, Samuel and Cindy Taylor; his siblings, Irene Holt (Jerry), Jeanie Pack, Richard Pack (Tonya) and Vicki Lehman; and his parents-in-law, Phyllis Gilliam (Ronnie), Michael Higgins (Jason), Jimmy Higgins (J. B.) and Tim Higgins (Tammy).
