He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Goe and Annie Mae Hamblin; and his brother Jimmy "Drew" Hamblin. He is survived by: his sons, Robby Hamblin (Jennifer) and Bobby Lee Hamblin; his granddaughters, Abagail Barnett, Megan Lee, Hailynn Emmalee Hamblin and Kiarra Hamblin; his brother Billy Eugene Hamblin (Donna); his aunt Mildred Hamblin; his cousin Susie Hamblin; and his daughter Patricia Ann Bailey (Charles).
