He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lewis Goins; and his grandparents, Phyllis, Willard Ramsey, Charles Langford and David Goins.
He is survived by: his mother Sherry Powell (Jeff); his children, Harmony Goins and Alysa Goins; his siblings, Jacob Aaron Goins and Elisha Walker (Amber Lester); his grandmother Susie Goins; his nieces and nephews, Cadence Rains, Caleb Gibson, Dawson Walker, Lilly Walker, Lyale Martin and Jace Powell; his aunts and uncles, Mary Kitts (Dale), Misti Ramsey (Scott), Jan Williams, Judy Bussell, Lewis Langford (Natasha) and Jonathan Goins; his stepsiblings, Jason Lee Powell (Shelby), David Tyler Powell and Kelly Ann Powell; and also Addison.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorial contributions be made to Green Hills Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
