He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Jane Mullins; his sister Linda Kaye Long; his fathers-in-law, Lynn Bailey, Dennis Bailey and James Hopkins; his aunt Ruby Hayes; his nephew Scottie Amos; and the mother of his child Doris Seal.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Bailey Mullins; his children, David Mullins (Noreen), Carl Rosenbalm (Belinda) and Danielle Brooks (Josh); his grandchildren, Dharma, Bailey Mullins, Coby, Luke Rodriguez, Connor McNew, Chymera Rosenbalm, Hannah and Aley Brooks; his sisters, Shirley Mauk (David) and Darlene Mullins; his mother-in-law Betty Duncan; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Bailey, Sharon Bailey Hopkins and Connie Bailey Lester (Stanley).
