She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Collins and Dora Collins; her sister Brenda Collins; and her uncle Ralph Collins of Sneedville, TN.. She is survived by: her siblings, Lisa, Wanda, Barbara, Carolyn Collins of New Tazewell, TN. and R. C. Collins of Tazewell, TN.; her nephews, Joshua Ray, Christopher Ray and Gary Amos; and her great-niece Nephews.
