He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Smiddy and Ada Smiddy (Capps); his siblings, Hazel Crickett Massengill, Ronnie Smiddy and Millard Smiddy; his grandsons, Jacob Rogers and Sammy Webb; and his great grandchild Kymani Mahan.
He is survived by: his children, Crissy Johnson (Jamie), Cindy Smith, Kenny Smiddy (Tonya), Belinda Smiddy, Katina Wilson and Tracy Martin; his grandchildren, Austin Adams, Alyssa Adams, Conner Johnson, Joe Rogers, Jacqueline Rogers, Austin Smiddy, Kennedy Smiddy, Kaylan Smiddy, Naveah Smiddy, Kasey Webb, Malcombe Webb, Whitney Mahan and Alexis Cole; his great grandchildren, JoJo Rogers, Aubri Rogers, Julian Rogers, Jayla Mann, Jayda Mann, Heaven Rogers, KJ Rogers, Ky'Mani Rogers, Avani Williams, Elijah Williams (Ace), Amira Webb, Ivan Webb, LeeLe Webb, Wrenlee Smiddy, Nate Smiddy and Mila Cole; and his siblings, Linda Tackett, Pat Jenkins, Bill Smiddy (Theresa), Gary Smiddy (Sherry) and Glenn Massengill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
