He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Oscar and Mossie Kate Neal (Whitaker); his daughter Jennifer K. Neal; his grandsons, Joshua and Benjamin; and his siblings, Fay, Joe, Ray, Ruth Hickey and Rev. Herbert Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Neal; his daughters, Cynthia Crutchfield (Gary) and Kristy Imber (Tim); his grandchildren, Jeremy Crutchfield, Piper Wheatly, Jenna-Leigh Cantrell, Clanci-Jhane Tipton, Jackson Cantrell (JD), Zachary Tarter and Katie Imber; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Ally, Kaden Wheatley and Gatlin Tipton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of many other relatives and friends.
