He is survived by: his children, Ethan Earl Terrell, Elaina Terrell, Theresa Green, Charles Ayers and Dale Green; his stepmother Tammy Ayers; his siblings, Steven Terrell (Vanessa), Charles Ayers, Michael Grace, Dennis Hurst, Ryan Ayers, Ashley Hess (Victor), Christina Daniels (William), Paige Vick (Todd), Brittany Grace and Tyra Grace; his stepsiblings, Charles Chadwell, Jr., Tilly Chadwell and Jacy Chadwell; and his close friends, Tony, Michelle Bussell, Josh Bussell and Shawn Bussell. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
