He is survived by: his niece Brenda Cloninger; his siblings-in-law, Bill Brooks, William Martin, Goldie Elledge and Georgie Bush; his wife Katie Martin Surber of Tazewell, TN.; his sister Maxine Brooks of Harrogate, TN.; his sisters-in-law, Betty Rowland of Tazewell, TN, Sylvia Mitchell of Clearwater, FL and Sharon Allen of Rapid City, SD.; and his cousin Darlene Gilpin of Harrogate, TN. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
