She was predeceased by: her son Benjamin; her grandparents, Oscar, Mossie Whitaker Neal, John and Barbara Dalton; and her parents, Kenneth Neal and Marie Neal.

She is survived by: her children, Jenna Leigh Cantrell of Knoxville, TN, Jackson Dalton 'J. D.' Cantrell of Kettering, OH and Zachary Tarter of Tazewell, TN.; her sisters, Cindy Crutchfield (Gary) and Kristy Imber (Tim); her nieces and nephews, Katie Imber, Clanci Tipton, Piper Wheatley and Jeremy Crutchfield; and her aunt Mibby Barnes of New Baltimore.
