He was predeceased by: his mother Day; his grandmothers, Ethal "Granny" Long and Long; his mother-in-law Dorothy Carroll; and his sister-in-law Mandalyn Noe.
He is survived by: his son Gage Noe; his brothers, Donnie Noe and Rick Noe (Joette); his nieces, Aftan Buis (Brock), Megan Stanley (Brandon) and Amanda Brooks (Michael); his nephew Kendall Hoskins (Misty); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harley Turner, London Noe, Makayla Stanley, Hadley Headrick, Jackson Hoskins (Gina), Chase Goins, Jason Stanley, Jeremiah Stanley, Henry Brooks, Stormi, Laylah, Layney, Lola and Luci.
