She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Whiteaker; her parents, Singleton Rowland and Lydia Rowland; and her siblings, Bill Rowland, Hubert Rowland, George Rowland, Lawrence Rowland, Bessie Lock, Mary Fultz, Martha Rowland and Hazel Earls.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Dell Whiteaker (Karen), Jeff Whiteaker and Jennifer Collett (Johnny); her grandchildren, Christian Whiteaker (Chesnie Caldwell), Chesnee Callihan (Chris), Tanner Collett, Joanna Lauby (Nate) and Rachel Collett; her great grandchildren, Annelise, Franklin and Elias; and her sister-in-law Betty Rowland.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Coffey Funeral Home (937 N Broad St, New Tazewell, TN 37825). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel (937 N Broad St, New Tazewell, TN 37825). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Cemetery.
