He is survived by: his children, Chris Fisher, Steven Fisher (Tasha), Amanda Jones (Joseph) and Julie Fisher; and his grandchildren, Hailey, David, Paige, Austin, Alyssa, Nathan, Callie and Kalei. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
