He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Howard Bailey, Bennie Harold Bailey, Donald Eugene Bailey, Keith Lynn Bailey and Callimae Bailey Venable.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Sandra Bailey Jessie (Johnny) and Larry Bailey (Mary); his grandchildren, Chris Ramsey, Sara Ramsey Fanjoy (John), Erin Bailey, Michael Bailey (Sarah), Captain Matthew Bailey (Brooke) and Logan Bailey Addington (Breven); and his great grandchildren, Parker Fanjoy and Sloane Fanjoy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
