He is survived by: his wife Lorene Brown Painter; his children, Kim Bolden (Rodney) and Matthew Painter (Sara); his grandchildren, Neyland Bolden, Sarah Melton (Jake), Macie Bolden, Christian Turner, John Mills, Brent Malicoat, Brayden, Sophie and Sadie Painter; his great grandchild Lainey Melton; and his brothers, Junior Painter (Zelma), Dale Painter and Clarence Painter (Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
