He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Mae and Victor Jennings; and his wife Mary Elizabeth Jennings. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Ferguson Jennings of Tazewell; his sister Virginia Boyd of Hot Springs, AR; and his children, Rebecca Mantooth (Mark) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Scott Fergurson of New Tazewell, TN, Rachel Jennings of Carson City, NV and Virginia DeBord of Newport, TN. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
