He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Couch and Zola Couch; his siblings, Adalene Anders, Raymond Couch, Pearl Couch, Walter Couch, Jr. and Bill Couch; his parents-in-law, Audrey Long and Peyton Long; and his sister-in-law Gaye Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Couch; his siblings, Carter Couch (Versie), Johnny Couch (Tammy), Bessie Maxey (Joe) and Bonnie Stacy (Ed); his nephew Mike Couch; and his niece Michelle Freeman.
