He is survived by: his siblings, Evelyn Payne and Jack Rowland; his wife Barbara Rowland; his children, Tammy Harper (Thomas) and Mike Rowland (Heather); his granddaughters, Brittany Smith, Marah Givens (Zach), Emily and Olivia Rowland; his great grandchild Silas Givens; and his sister Wilma Eldridge (Steve). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
