He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe Baker of Tazewell, TN and Monnie Baker of Tazewell, TN; his aunt Blanche Massengill (Meek) of Corbin, KY; his uncles, Virgil Whitaker of Monticello, IN and Cletis Lambert of Harrogate, TN.; and also, Angie Hurst of Tazewell, TN and Anthony Hurst of Tazewell, TN.

He is survived by: his mother Ann Myers; his stepfather Hawk of Tazewell, TN.; his stepsiblings, Brent Myers, Bruce Myers (Judy) and Donna McNeilus (Denzil) of Dodge Center, MN.; and also, Debbie Johnson, Connie Hutchinson, Pam Parton, Steve Massengill, Melissa Massengill, Melinda Melton, Dennis Whitaker, Sandra Watkins, Kathy Lambert, Carolyn Bolton and Allen Hurst.
