He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Parks (Sue); his son Lawrence Parks; his stepdaughters, Tammy Rosenbalm, Melissa England and Amanda Barnett; his siblings, Mae Brooks, Ruth Brooks (Basil), Arthur Parks (Lucille), Herbert Parks (Susan), Kastel Parks and Lloyd Parks (Brenda); and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Parks and Erma Parks. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
