He was predeceased by: his father Arthur F. LaPrade; his grandfather Robert Edward Putnam; and his uncles, John Putnam and Arty Putnam. He is survived by: his mother Mary Putnam Bougilette; his wife Patricia Nida LaPrade; and his brother Carlton LaPrade. He is also survived by other brothers, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
