He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charlie, Bernice Taylor and Rebecca Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Susan Melton Simpson; his mother Kathy Maples; his stepfather Doug Maples; his children, Ashley Faith Simpson, Gabriella Hope Simpson, Jeremiah Cole Simpson and Malachi Reece Simpson; his siblings, Johnny Lee Simpson and Sarah Simpson Jordan; his grandfather Bobby Simpson; his stepgrandparents, Earl and Ina Maples; his parents-in-law, Judy Melton and Wayne Melton; and his stepbrothers, Douglas Maples, Denver Maples and Dewayne Maples. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brothers and sister-in-laws, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
