He is survived by: his wife Lucille Sandefur; his children, Christy Thompson, Keith and Amy Sandefur; his grandchildren, Dillion, Molly Tuttle, Casey Tuttle, Max Tuttle, Emily, Lucas Clotfelter, Carly Sandefur, Olivia Sandefur and Matthew Sandefur; his great grandchildren, Ryver Holt and Hudson Tuttle; his siblings, Ronnie Sandifer, Carol (Art Brown) and Kathy (Eddie Daniels); and his friends, Rev. Tim Day, Rev. Stanley Massengill, Lois Mize, Dillion Tuttle, Max Tuttle, Matthew Sandefur, Robbie Massengill, Ricky Fultz, Micheal Sandifer, Ben Westbrook, Tim Parton, Sheri Frost, Roger Standifer, Ronnie Sandifer and Jimmy Johnson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Overholt Funeral Home Chapel (1106 TN-33, New Tazewell, TN 37825). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Cemetery (2690 Cave Springs Rd, Tazewell, TN 37879).
