He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ann Leonard; his daughter Carrie Ann Leonard; his grandsons, Dalton Shurley and Destin Carpenter; his great grandchild Baby Dalton Shurley; and his sisters, Dorothy Bussell, Audrey Barnard and Sally Fletcher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
