He is survived by: his girlfriend Vivian Mayes; his girlfriend's children, Julie Nelson, Jamie Nelson, Amy Frye and Clayton Frye; his daughters, Marah Danielle Hyde of Etowah, TN and Kimberly Hyde of California; his sister Mary Bolin of Coxton, KY; his nephews, Dustin Bolin of Rosspoint, KY and Garett Bolin, Sr. of Evarts, KY; his great-nephews, Garett Bolin, Jr. and Lawton Bolin; his friend Donnie Harrison; and his close friend Danny Branson (Buck Whitaker).
