He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Howard and Nannie Howard; and his wife Lena Howard. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Joe Ledford (Shannon Stinn) and Elizabeth Crabtree; his nieces, Lisa, Sharon and Penny Crabtree; and his nephew Eddie Crabtree (Lori). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with his church family.
