He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Bailey and Lilly Mae Wilson Bailey; and his siblings, Richard, David, Sam Bailey, Janie Kivette and Debbie Buckner.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home (146 E Main St, Morristown, TN 37814).
